Since
the Civil War, marketers have realized the power of the photograph
when used to arouse interest in a product. Your property is the
product, and I use many high quality photos in the effort. I also

portion of our MLS, compare to others, then decide for yourself.

you advertise your home as "For Sale By Owner," you would
seemingly save the sales commission. However, potential buyers know
that in a FSBO sale, the owner is not paying a commission and thus
lower their offer accordingly. If the owner anticipates this, the
usual result is a property that is overpriced. The solution is to
price the property correctly according to recent sales of similar
properties with a "Comparative Market Analysis". This can
be made available to you, at no charge, prior to your deciding to
list your property with me.

what we, in the trade, call "curb appeal." This is best
described as the "at a glance attractiveness" of the
property. Without it, the property may get little notice and require

property will be marketed at Realtor.com,
ColdwellBanker.com, the
Multiple Listing Service of the Bradford Sullivan Realtors (publicly
accessible section here), the Showcase
of Fine Homes, and other media as required. Of course, it will
also be marketed on this site, FerriRealEstate.com.

primary market for your property will be the Multiple Listing
Service (MLS) of the Bradford Sullivan Realtors. The power of this
market is as follows: I am one Realtor with clients interested in
buying homes. There are over 100 other Realtors on this MLS, each
with their own buyer clients. This maximizes the exposure of your
home to potential buyers.
