Because you've navigated to this page, you probably have some interest in
buying a home or some other type of property, or at least seeing what's
available in the current market. Congratulations! You've come to the right
place.
As
I keep repeating, it's a jungle out there, let me be your guide. However,
you have to contact me first for an appointment. Use any of the phone
numbers above, or send an email. If you phone the office, please ask for
me. If necessary, leave a message. I will contact you promptly.
Prior
to our appointment, review the following items:
-
Write
down what it is that you're looking for. How many bedrooms, lot
size, location, etc. Try to separate requirements that you MUST have
from items that you would like to have.
-
Forget
about trying to find the perfect property. It doesn't exist. Strive
to find one that meets most of your needs and that you can make into
your perfect property.
-
Get
pre-approved at your bank or financial institution. This is
important because it determines your price range. Also, just as you
are looking for the best house, sellers are looking for the best
buyers. And the best buyers are ones that are pre-approved.
-
For
sellers, home
staging is very important. It maximizes the sale price and
minimizes the time to sell. As a buyer, your job is to look at
un-staged properties and imagine how they would look if staged. How
will you know if it isn't staged? Easy. It won't look like the
houses on the Home & Garden television shows. Look past the
clutter, past the weird paint, and past the awkward furniture
placement. Don't miss out on a bargain.
There
are many other items to consider when buying. Remember, it's a jungle out
there. Let me be your guide.
Contact
me for an appointment and we can take the first step to get you into your
home.
